| Pre-Qualification | Candidates must have previously worked asbestos removal operatives preferably for at least 12 months continuous and have been trained as asbestos operatives within the 12 months leading up to this course. |

| Educational Objectives | The student should be able to demonstrate a thorough understanding of the methods of working with asbestos in accordance with HSE guidance Chapter 4 – Training for Employees, Supervisors & Others Working with Asbestos-Containing Materials. |
| Examination | Two multi-choice question papers will be undertaken over the duration of the course. Certification will be issued by NATAS once the course is successfully completed. This information will be recorded on the NATAS training database. |
